Things to do in the Netherlands in summer: explore Duinrell!

Not sure what to do during your summer holiday? Why not visit Holland in this period? The average weather is about 20 to 25 degrees Celsius in summer. This is a great temperature for a day on the beach. From our holiday park the nearest beach is really close; only a 5 minute drive or half hour walk. It is also possible to rent a bike at Duinrell with which you reach the beach in only 15 minutes. During this ride you can also admire the beautiful forest in which Duinrell is located. Apart from swimming in the sea, walking through the stunning dunes is also a great activity at the beach.

Not only is the nature surrounding Duinrell amazing to discover, at the park there is also a lot to do. During your stay you have unlimited access to our amusement park with cool water attractions, rollercoasters for the bravest kids and easy rides for parents and grandparents. On top of that, our entertainment team organises all kinds of fun summer activities for our residential guests.

Want to cool off during those hot summer days? Then visit our tropical waterpark; Tiki Pool. The waterpark has an indoor and outdoor area for you to discover. On top of that, little ones have their own area in the park: Playa. A visit to the Tiki Pool is included a few times while staying in an accommodation. Stay overnight in Holland during summer holiday

There are a few different ways in which you can stay overnight at our holiday park. Firstly, we have different kinds of bungalows, which we call Duingalows, in which you can enjoy a comfortable stay. These Duingalows are available in different classes. Are you going for a super-de-luxe Premium Plus Duingalow with private sauna or would you rather choose a budget option?

Camping is another possibility at the holiday park of Duinrell. There are different pitches on which you can place your camper, caravan or tent. Some camping pitches are close to the amusement park and others are located in the middle of beautiful nature. Staying on a campsite with a bit more luxury? Then, choose a camping spot with private sanitary or upgrade to one of our glamping accommodations. The lodgetents are very comfortable to spend your summer holiday in. For greater groups we have special group accommodations available.
